After action reviews have been used for decades as the ultimate tool to enhance learning from experience. NobleAdvances is proud to offer Simulation Based After Action Review (SBAAR) at our facility in Sugar Land. By incorporating real world events and scenarios into the simulated environment, we are able to place participants into the very situations that have presented challenges in the past.

Standard AAR methodology is to identify where and how outcomes diverged from desired results. Supplementing a table top discussion with advanced learning tools like simulation allows for a deeper discussion of the scenario and the ability to try out suggested improvements on the spot.
