Well Site Management Simulation Exercise

This exercise is designed for Operator Representatives responsible for offshore exploration and production projects. Participants will learn the basics of dynamic positioning and power management and how their success or failure affects drilling outcomes.

From the driller's cabin, participants must assess information from the bridge & ECR to make critical downhole decisions. These decisions must be relayed to the driller in a realistic and stressful simulator environment. Every simulation is unique based on the decisions of the participant.

The emphasis of the exercise is tying necessary knowledge of drilling, marine and power management to the human factors of delegation and decision making.

These exercises are fully customizable to any well control procedure or well design.
